At the heart of Kakching Life School is a dedicated team of individuals committed to nurturing and educating children who have been impacted by various social challenges. Our staff bring together a deep passion for education, child development and care.
School Director
The School Director leads the overall operations of Life School, guiding the staff team and fostering strong relationships with the local community. They ensure that every child receives the highest standard of care and education in a safe, supportive environment.
Teaching Staff
Our teaching staff are local residents of Kakching, many of whom have faithfully served our children for years. Our teachers are passionate about building foundational skills in English, Math, Science and local languages.
Residential Staff
Our residential caregivers are responsible for the daily care, supervision, and emotional well-being of the children in the boys’ and girls’ dormitories. Our kitchen team lovingly prepares nutritious meals each day, ensuring the children are healthy and well-fed. Meanwhile, our maintenance staff diligently care for the school facilities and farm, keeping the campus clean, safe, and running smoothly.
Online Educators
Experienced online educators from various parts of the world share their expertise to elevate academic standards, enhance communication skills, and provide mentorship, preparing students for a successful future.
